Initial consultation and demand confirmation

In the first step of the customization process, Hansightoy communicates with customers in detail to understand the basic needs of customers for plush toys. This process includes the following key links:

• Product type selection: Customers can choose the type of plush toys they want to customize, such as animals, cartoon characters, mascots, etc.
• Size requirements: According to customer needs, we will recommend a suitable size range (usually between 10cm-100cm) and recommend a suitable proportion according to the specific usage scenario.
• Material selection: Hansightoy provides a variety of plush fabrics for customers to choose, such as ultra-soft short plush, cotton cloth, long plush, etc. Customers can choose the right material to achieve the desired feel and visual effect.

The goal of this stage is to help customers clarify their needs and expectations and provide a clear direction for subsequent design.

Concept design and drawing confirmation

After the customer's needs are confirmed, Hansightoy's design team will design a preliminary toy image sketch according to the customer's requirements. This process includes:

• Concept design: The designer will create a preliminary concept sketch based on the customer's description or reference pictures. This step is very important, as it determines the appearance, color matching and overall style of the toy.
• Customer feedback: We will communicate with the customer many times and make modification suggestions on the preliminary design to ensure that the customer is satisfied with every detail of the design.
• Final drawing confirmation: Once the design drawing is confirmed by the customer, Hansightoy will use the drawing as the basic template for the customized toy.

Prototype production

After the drawing is confirmed, Hansightoy will enter the prototype production stage. At this stage, we will make a toy sample for the customer for final product confirmation.

• Sample production: Our professional craftsmen will make a real plush toy sample based on the design drawing and using the materials selected by the customer.
• Sample inspection and feedback: After the sample is completed, we will take detailed pictures and send them to the customer for confirmation, and if necessary, send samples to the customer for actual experience of the feel and overall effect.
• Correction and improvement: If the customer makes suggestions for modification of the sample, we will adjust the sample according to the feedback until the customer is completely satisfied.

Mass production

When the customer confirms that the sample is correct, Hansightoy will enter the mass production stage. The operations at this stage are mainly concentrated in the factory and are managed by an experienced production team:

• Production plan formulation: We will formulate a detailed production plan based on the customer's order volume and delivery deadline to ensure that every link is completed on time.
• Production monitoring: Hansightoy's quality control team will strictly monitor the entire production process to ensure that each toy meets the specifications and quality requirements of the original design.
• Quality inspection process: Each plush toy produced will undergo multiple quality inspections, including appearance, size, stitching quality, material durability, etc., to ensure that each product can meet the factory standards.

Packaging and logistics

After the production is completed, Hansightoy also provides professional packaging and logistics services to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer safely and intact:

• Customized packaging: According to customer needs, we can provide ordinary packaging or customized brand packaging to keep the product intact during transportation.
• Logistics Arrangement: Hansightoy cooperates with many logistics companies to ensure that products can be delivered quickly and safely to all parts of the world. Customers can choose air, sea or other suitable modes of transportation.

After-sales Support

Hansightoy attaches great importance to long-term cooperation with customers, so we provide perfect after-sales service to every customer:

• Product Feedback: After the customer receives the goods, we will follow up in time to understand their satisfaction and accept any further feedback and suggestions.
